I need you fellow teggers to help me find what my annoying buzzing sound is.

I crawled under the car last night and looked everywhere.. I did find something
that might cause the sound... in my wheelwell.. the plastic covering is damaged
from my rims rubbing against it (car was lowered 1.5")..

Other than that, I saw several wires that have a slip of paper taped to them (at the ends) that might cause a buzz... but I don't think there is that much airflow inside the engine bay... or am I wrong? Anyway, I tore off all those slips of paper
and the sound is still there.. I'm contemplating purchasing a bottle of underbody rubber spray to cover the hole in the wheelwell..

Ideas?
