Default Buying a car in a diff. state ?

I live in Pennsylvania. Buying a car from Ohio.

How do I go about transfer the title over. I know its more difficult that if i were to buy a car from within my state.

Anyone?

thanks.

There's no difference, at least in Wisconsin. I've bought 2 cars from IL and the title transfer is exactly the same. No increase in price or hassel. The only thing is on my title it says previously titled in Illinois.

It all depends on the state you buy from. Make sure the title doesn't have to be notorized in ohio.
I live in ny and when I sold a car to someone in pa, All I did was sign the title and send them on there way.
But when I bought a car from pa, I had to go to the notory.
