the front of my car is resting on the bumps stops and they were cut in half. i have neuspeed race springs with kyb agx's. a friend of mine said he just toke out his bump stops. will that hurt the suspension in any way???

 

I think it will ride alot rougher. And bottom out alot harder.

most people when they lower there car they cut the bump stop in half....i never heard of taking them out compltly

 

thats what i thought too, but my friend doesn't have any in and seems to be fine without them.

Cutting of the bumpstops depends on the manufacturer of the springs. I know that H&R specifically notes in the instructions not to cut the bumpstops for Integras.

 

dont remove the bumpstops if the manufacturer doesnt specifically say so ...they must be there for a reason ...

 

When i installed nuesped sport/kyb gr2's in my integra there were no bump stops in with the front shocks. my setup doesn't have any currently. I haven't bottomed out with these springs yey. I plan on pulling it apart ang getting getting some put asap. i just cut the rears in half.
