Default break problem?:-/

today driving to the movies with the lady my left rear wheel started making an extremely loud whining noise. so i pulled over to see if something was stuck(idk what the hell i was looking for i just didnt wanna keep driving like it was nothing) and while i was back there i came to the conclusion that my break siezed up. but i didnt want to let that ruin our movie plans so i continued driving and at one point for about 4 seconds it sounded like someone was beeping at my...but it was my horn! so if anyone knows anything please let me know...i wanna say they siezed and if so are they salvageable becuase i dont feel like spending 200 a pop for calipers

if you ever adjusted the pushrod for the brake master cylinder, it could cause it.
