alright i dont know if this is gonna make any sense.. but for a little while now right before my car comes to a complete stop you can feel the brakes let out for a sec then they catch again and you can hear it.. only when im about to a dead stop, abs light isnt on, fluid is full. so im not really sure what it is?

So your brake pedal kind of pulsates(spelling?) when you push in on it. Sounds like you have dirty brake fluid, or air in the lines.

Have you changed the fluid lately?

you may quite possibly have warped rotors.

Usually if you have warped rotors, when you brake your steering wheel will shake, is this happening appleyard?

referring to the pulsating... not the steering or shaking

Jack each wheel up and spin the tires. See if you get the same drag and release feeling. If so, try it after removing the tire to get a better looksie. When you isolate which wheels are dragging and releasing, have each rotor that does this turned (machined) true again, or buy new rotors, brembo blanks are nice, and install yourself. It is a really easy DIY job--except the machining part. Good luck.

I recommend that you read this:

StopTech Brake Information

Rotors do not typically warp. They can pit, the wheel bearings can go bad, or they may not sit flush on the hub face. I have experienced rotors that were cut too thin (not my car) and heat warped under braking. This would only manifest when the brakes were hot.
