Default brake problem

i have a 92 ls and i just changed my rotors and now when i drive theres a constant squeaking and almost a grinding when i come to a stop. so i took it apart two times to see if i missed anything and its still doing the same thing.

that was my first thought maybe the caliper piston wasnt all the way in so i made sure to press it back in and still the same problem. i looked at my rotors and it looks as if the pads are kinda wearing into the rotors

Spin each wheel by hand and find where the problem is, then look at that assembly. Also careful feel/touch of the rotor will give you a quick hint of a pad is dragging. Don't burn yourself. Dust shield if not hot, lots of noise but no heat. Just a starting place.

I would try to figure out what it is, not hide it. I guess squeeky wheel get grease, but I like to know the cause.
