Default Brake install help...

I just put new pads and rotors on the front. Had a fun time drilling the 6mm rotor retaining screws. First time, the passenger side was burning after road test.
Second time, sanded the pads down. Reinstalled everything. Still same results, burning. I went out and got a reman caliper and installed everything. I know that its gonna burn again because the wheel was very hard to turn. Any imputs? What is a callaps brake line? I have been working on it for a week now. General matinece has turn out to be a project.
Summary
new pads and rotor. Installed correctly. Passenger side burns. Got new caliper and blead the system. Still hard to turn the passenger side wheel. Help?

Pad retaining clips in wrong?

Caliper slide-pins seized?

New pads wedged too tight into caliper bracket? (I usually have to file a bit off the ends - about the thickness of the paint.)

nope...new pins and boots... everything done right. I think its gotta be the brake hose. "Brake hose collapsed" fluid can go in but not back out. I hope a new hose works. Damn wasted money on a new caliper...any one want a caliper?

Hope it works. Gonna replace all the hoses? They're all the same age...

What do you mean by "burning", like a burning smell? Are the pins sliding smoothly? You could always bleed the brakes and see if that helps.
