Default Bouncing Tach

My teg as always done this, but now its been doing it more and more recently. When I come to a stop, and I have my foot on the brake and idling, my RPMs will go just under 1000, but then it'll bounce from 800 to 600 and the car vibrates alot when this happens. Now it may not always be idling at 800 it sometimes is a bit higher or lower, but what im concerned about is the bouncing tach and the vibrations. Any suggestions?

Clean your IACV. Get new spark plugs if they're old. Look at them if they're newer. Clean or replace spark plug wires, distrinutor cap & rotor. That rules out the simple tune-up stuff before you start worrying about anything serious.

replaced my whole distributor plugs and wires not even 3-4 months ago. Could it just be idle hoses? Cause it only happens with my foot on the gas and the car in drive. If i put it in nuetral... it doesnt happen.
