Default bogging

hey guys im new here. i just swapped a jdm b16a in my 91 teg. when im drivin it sounds like the motor is gargling at 3rpms-4rpms, at 5rpms she stops bein sluggish and she hauls ***.

somebody help


I have new accell ignition wires, new spark plugs, new timing belt, and an exedy clutch.

sounds to me that its off timming
double check your crank and cam gears.....

my buddies DA w/ a b16 all obd0 does that and my 93 da w/ obd0 b16 ran w/ my pr4 does that. dont know what it is... but timing is on in my motor and we've tried 3 distributors on his and timed it a few times. boggles my mind, it still runs good otherwise. hopefully someone can come up with somethin

check and double checked. also have the all new wires, plugs, cap and rotor. fuel injectors are clean, but not brand new.

i took it to a mechanic of mine and he said he thinks the igntion wires are heat soaking. he told me to buy honda ignition wires instead of keeping my accel ignition wires.

you ran a non-vtec ecu on you B16?? PR4 is B18B if im not mistaken? I thought it would barely run and throw codes like crazy?
