blown shock? or sagging spring..

blown shock? or sagging spring..
i have a 92 integra gsr.
the rear passenger side wheel is sitting a little lower and has some camber compared to the driver's side.
I think the shock is blown or the spring is sagging.
How can I tell?
I have tokico Illumina's and Eibach Prokit all the way around. Just over 1 year old.

I would most likely say its the shock.
If its the spring, I'm pretty sure eibach offers a lifetime warranty against their springs sagging.
