Blown ECU chip. Code 41 resolution.
I traced this code to my ECU over the course of a couple weeks. The problem was a blown Sanken chip(STA335A) on the secondary O2 sensor heater circuit. Took me quite some time to find a replacement, everyone is anxious to sell them, provided you buy 500+. Anyway, the very pleasant people at Whitesell & Associates in Jenison, MI eventually got me a sample pack(10) from Japan. The regional sales guy even drove all the way to my house and dropped them off(30+ miles), wouldn't accept a penny, not even gas money. Madd props to Whitesell & Associates.
The morale is that I have 8 of these difficult to locate chips left and if any of my Honda/Acura brethren need one, just let me know. Pay the shipping and it's yours.

It is fixed.
Now I naturally have a Hondata and P28 OBDI ECU on order, thus it seems like it was a big waste of time, but if I need the stock ECU it is there.
