Default Block guard usage

Hi all,
I red a lot about block guard install, I was planning to put one but i seen several person who sed that this is no good for some reason. I got a b18b1 and im planning to put the greddy turbo kit and run 7-8 psi. Stock internal for now, should i install a block guard or im better witout?!

some people say its ovals the sleeves and leads to them cracking. Personally Ive done well with them.

I think as long as you don't run the car as if it was sleeved and you shouldn't have a problem
