Blinking CEL while driving ?

CEL on codes posted help please!
CEL blinks when driving!
All the codes are for cylinders misfiring. A mechanic told me it could be the head gasket.
but the oil is not milky. no smoke from engine, no overheating.
Car just had tune up: plugs, wires, dist. cap, dist. rotor.(Did not fix problem!)
Codes are:
P0301- Cylinder 1 misfiring
P0302- cylinder 2 misfiring
P0303- cylinder 3 misfiring
P0300- random / multiple misfire detected.
P1399- Manufactures control Ignition system OR Misfire
