Ball joint
sounds like the symptoms.also when i hit a bump it feels like the right wheels super bounce and like loose, if that makes sense, it sounds like the wheels gonna fall right off, and the car also is pretty jurky off the start, and again manily the right wheel. and when i go over 70mph the right wheel also start to make a humming like sound,
any ideas in addition to ball joint?

thats because the wheel is gona fall off lol personal recommendation, get a set of ball joints uppper and lower (usually you replace the whole upper arm) and a set of wheel bearings for the front, have them pressed in the spindle and a shop, and bolt it back up to the car, that should help.

your problem sounds very ball joint related, shouldnt be too pricey to refresh the front end to where its safe, bearings are about 40 a piece, from arms are about 40, and the ball joints should be 20 a side.

Hello:
You can jack your car up in the air preferably by the front sub frame and then try to move the wheel in question, back and forth or in and out to check for any looseness. You can also use something to pry under the wheel, between the wheel and the ground and pry up to see if it is loose in that manner. You will need a ball joint press to the lower ball joint or a good strong vise and sometimes the vise is not enough. Honda/Acura sells the proper adapter but depending on the tools you have available you may be able to get by with some sockets. I had the left front lower ball joint break on me on the highway at 75 MPH in my 1990 4 door! I was able to safely slide the car off to the shoulder but it did body damage to the rocker panel and the fender and tire when the wheel cocked sideways and was shoved into the wheel well, the tire had a hole burned through it. I did not catch the loose joint because the stem broke not the joint.
Good Luck

If its to the point where the joints are popping out literally from their seat, then yes you are in serious trouble, it can snap or fall out at random letting your whole wheel go the completely opposite direction that you want it to go. Just remember the lower ball joints are press in, so you either have to have a press available, or have to take it to a shop and pay someone to press them in/out.
the for warning is highly appreciated, I have to drive about 70 miles between today and tomarrow, and as long as I can make it home safely ill be able to work on it tomarow night. I was able to get two ball joints, and the two tools used in the process, The ball joint "press" / C clamp tool, and a special tool for hondas especially, How long is this going to take me?
