b18c1 and b18c2 whats the diff????
ARE YOU SURE? Never heard of a B18C2 on the domestic or japanese market and none of my Acura books say anything about a C2 engine, just C1 & C5. Id check again. Did you look on the block @ the engine code ?
Yeah im posative it was stamped right there on the block.

I knew GSi/VTi-R, thought it was some sort of optional engine, when in fact it's set up just like out here with the B1 and C1.. sorry about that

Its the ECU. I believe OBDI is 90-95 and OBDII is 96-00 if I remember correctly?. I think?
OBDI uses less sensors, particularly the O2. OBDI has one O2 sensor on the down pipe. While OBDII uses 2 sensors. One on the down pipe, and one in the converter. Thus making complications with test pipe.
