im at a stand still with my ls to gsr swap. the guy i bought the engine from used this swap in a civic hatch and was running a obd2 dizzy. and i dint even notice that it was the wrong dizzy. i dont have time to drive 2 hours to pick up the right one nor do i have a ride.
im using this dizzy in my 95 ls. question is im going to a junk yard tommarrow to get the right one. what cars can i take one from?
its a jdm b18c.
also i am having problems fitting my wire harness on this engine. i have the rywire
vtec subharness for it anyone wiring needed? thanks

 

you can use your ls dizzy only thing is it will only line up to one hole one the head and as far as vtec there should be 3 wires 2 for the solenoid and one for the pressure switch and i think you have to wire in 1 wire for a knock sensor, i dont really remember that part tho

well a buddy of mine at work has been using his ls dizzy on his all mtor setup for 3 years now hes turbo with the same dizzy just with a external coil so . if you want make it temp untill you get the right one its up to you. wats not pluggin in as far as wriring

 

no everything will plug up but it seems like some plugs are too short.
not quite sure yet because i got pissed about the dizzy and quit for the day. before i put the rest of the harnsess on.
