Make sure they are at the 0 mark on each cam gear. Both look off! If so loosen each bolt and adjust it to 0 and tighten the bolts back down. If you dont plan to use the cam gears I would just save the head ache and use stock gears, those and other cam gears can become loose and slip your timing and F your engine up. Unless they have the locking design like the Bisi Moto cam gears.

You may have to rotate the left gear a little to line them up when putting the belt on.

Use this tool its cheap and holds the cams so you can put the belt on easier with out the gears moving on you,

Both cams the zero mark is at the top as indicated by the circle with the line thru do they need to be at the top or horizontal? If the zero mark is supposed to be at the top I don't know why the side line markers aren't lining up?

Post up close pics of the cam gear settings.

Try picking up a Haynes manual on how to set the timing belt it comes in handy on days you have a head ache doing these jobs.

Just use that tool i posted to lock them in straight. They wont line up perfect without moving one of the cams try the left cam. Make sure the crank is at TDC and lined up with the oil pump mark then install the belt.

Ya I turned the cams so the horizontal lines are matching and the belts on now. The intake is at 5 and the exhaust is at 2 now instead of both at 0 and the crank sprocket is lined up with the oil pump mark
