Default b18b fuel problems

My bro is having problem with his car. He has b18b with 18 g greddy turbo kit. dsm 440 injectors/ obd 1 ecu tuned with crome pro. He is trying to smog his car so he put the ls ecu back on with blue box and 310 cc. It leaks gas on injectors. So he went ahead and say screw it and put the old setup back in he wired up the dsm 440 resistor box in the fuel rail and put the old tuned crome pro obd 1 ecu back on and now his fuel fump does make the whirrl noise when he puts the ignition on. It seems like no fuel is priming the injectors. we dont hear the pump anymore. ?Also we notice white smoke coming out of exhaust alot of it. What could be the problem. He notice the seals on dsm injectors were worn out so he replaced them and now when he starts no fuel pump noise when ignition on. It was working before but blowing lots of white smoke. Everything is connected btw.

Pop the rear seats and hard wire the pump. If that works, then go to the main relay and test that.

What year is it?

First, test the harness that plugs to the fuel pump. If there's no power there, unplug the harness connected to your main relay, jump the wire coming from the ecu to the wire going to the fuel pump.

You'll need to know which wire is which. I think OBD1 is different from OBD2.
