Default b18b or b20b?

looking to build a project car and i'm deciding between a b18b or a b20b btw it's gonna be in a crx. i'm gonna autoX this car so i'm gonna go all motor. i'm aiming for 170 hp at the wheels, with tuning, pistons (higher compression), agressive cams, etc what else can i do besides the basic bolt ons? thanks! (btw i would go b20z but there arent mounts for that motor, at least i dont think so)

Diffinently the B20b.. There are some b20, WITHOUT VTEC head, that kill h22 in my town. The b20 has more torque. Its worth the money.

It was built, midly though and ran with advance timming. He had nos setup too. Ididn't think it use it though. I think the main reason was the weight differences. It was in b20 was in rex and h22 was in an ek civic. Anyway the b20 in going in a REx like you are planning anyways right? .

I would like more input on this too.. better to build up a 18b or b20 for a 94 DC2.. cost differences??

the biggest cost difference would e the fact that you dont need a mount kit and all kinds of other crap to do a b20 into a DC whereas the H22 swap is a lot more work and time

drop in a midly built b2o and youll be running some very good times if you know how to drive
