my 1990 integra rs has forged pistons(9.5:1) and rods. it makes a ticking/knocking sound. i had the valves adjusted, they were fine. i changed the oil, there was no metal shavings in the old oil. it still ticks/knocks. the engine runs great and there is good pwer all the way to redline. if something major was wrong with the car would it run fine? what could be wrong? HELP.
