hey guys i have a b16a obd1 sir motor in my integra, i just recently got it back into the car and everything runs fine, except for the fact it's throwing a map code #3 which says something along the lines of "wiring issue, unplugged, blah blah" so it's electrical, not mechanical. overall the car runs fine, the map sensor seems to be about 90% working but it still runs rich and obviously i can't see a stitch of vtec until this code is resolved.
I have checked voltage on the wires coming in to the map and it only showed 4.61 when the chilton manual says it should be 5 volts but doesn't tell what to do in that case.
also i tried test for continuity in the line, but i kinda forgot how either way to of the lines where showing an ohm reading and idk if they are supposed i have nothing to compare against.
also i have tried reseting the ecu multiple times and the check engine comes back on immediately and tps sensor is fine and tight.
any thoughts or help are appreciated.

please people i need help.
bump checked no continuity in lines, so idk what else i'm going to get a buddy's map sensor and see if that works.
