Automatic Transmission problems??????
Im new to HT, I own a 1995 integra LS, it has roughly 90K, but a newer tranny...
Today I was on my way to work and my car seemed to start off in first gear, and almost redline before shifting to fourth?! and if i start in D, then shift to D2 around 30mph it would shift to second gear, but then after i put it back in D, it skips third gear and still jumps to fourth gear... I am confused, even when i drop it to first and start off, it stays in second... could this maybe be a solenoid problem, because the tranny is maybe 2-3 years old? I never neutral drop it, or anything! From time to time i downshift from 4th-3rd but nothing harsh, someone said it might be a cable problem or something, but i'm going to college and money is tight so I don't want to be throwing money at some mechanic,lol...Please Help Me!?!?
