Default Auto Timer on N/A engine

since i blew my motor i still have my Greddy Turbo Timer on my car workin. my ques. is i heard even though its not turbo its still good to let the car run on idle for a few before you shut it down is this true in any way?

i feel in some way the way i push my motor maybe afterwords it needs to cool down an relax. i tink of it in a way of running a mile str8 and then jus tryin to fall asleep u cant cuz ur not relaxed and need to cool down b4 u can do anything..get me?

only if you're beating the **** out of your motor And then immediately turn it off,
either way though, the only reason you have a turbo timer is so the oil doesn't coke on the turbo.

your engine doesn't get that hot, so you don't have that problem.
