Auto to 5 speed. swapping wire harness's?
Hey guys need some help. I just recently bought a 1997 automatic LS coupe integra (nice body) for a new project car, and as of yesterday picked up a 1995 LS coupe 5 speed (bad body damage) for swap. So what I was wondering if I could swap wire harness's over from the 5 speed chassis to the automatic chassis in stead of needing to cut up wires and such?
So basically can i put 5 speed wire harness in an automatic chassis and have it plug and play?

You can, but it will probably be more work to swap the whole harness. Off the top of my head the only thing you need to wire in the engine bay is the reverse light switch. if you mean the interior harness, you can just leave the auto gear selector switch plugged in and hide It, and that way it also functions as a kill switch.
good luck to whichever route you go! Auto to manual swaps are probably more pain than they are worth, but I've done two of them with no regrets. (well maybe some regrets for spending so much time and effort on 20+ year old cars, but we do it for the love, right?)
