anyone know the proper torque settings for the cam plates on a cam install?
i'm in the process of installing cams, and need to know the proper torque settings for the cam plates.

20 lb*ft torque from the inside-out and top to bottom. - #'s 1 to 10
The last two on the outer edges are only 7.2lb*ft. - #'s 11, 12, 13, 14
