How stiff is it? Can you bend it at all with your hands once it's installed?

I have one on my car, i can't really feel the difference, but i added a strut bar at the same time. Didn't really feel the difference from any of them, the sway I have owns them both.

yea same here the biggest difference for me was a front upper....i installed a itr sway with a benen tie bar and i felt it but i think the front upper felt more at slower speeds.

I took off my rear strut tower bar...I haven't "tested" it enough to see if I feel a difference in the handling characteristics.
C-pillar bar is another bar that's in that trunk area. When I first installed it there was a noticable improvement, but this was "tested/decided" on a banked turn doing about 90.

Re: (96 Ls lnTeG)
well there you go...when you go cheap with susp. you get exactly what you pay for! people may think theyre only cosmetic bling. you think a $30-40 bar would stack up to an EM or J's racing bar? try tugging on those bars, especially the EM bar..that bar is super thick! When it comes to suspension, it should not be half assed. When your chassis flexes at a hard corner, that $30 bar is gonna do nothing but flex with your car. just save up/ or used ones come up every now and then.

C-Billar bars were intended to mounting camera's. A mod I personally would not do, but to each their own. Money could be spent on other suspension components.
Hell I had a RSB and it didn't make a difference.

Re: (Understeer)
i have heard you get the full effect when you use the emracing c-pillar bar, rear strut bar, then buy the third bar that triangluates the two. this i have heard is where you get the most benefit
http://www.emracing.com to check them out

It won't do anything unless you are running very high spring rates. Even then it's unlikely you'll notice the difference.

But these things do decrease hatch noises right? If so, that in itself is worth it IMO

im sporting the EM Racing Triangulated setup in my hatch. when i had the C-pillar bar alone, their was a subtle difference . . .less creaking going up driveways. Most people forget to preload the c-pillar bars either in a compressed/tensioned state which makes a huge difference.
the triangulated setup was a HUGE improvement over standard rear strut/c-pillar combos. cost me money though, but it was well spent.

I can mos def feel a bit more rigid at taking freeway loops at 90
Females started complaining about their heads tho so I had to dress up...wonder if anyone else has done this....wish I could get matching leather....people say it feels good to rest their head on it Let's not start with the accident issues here...there are no headrests for the rear people now are there?

I'm making my own bar! So far the stainless materials have cost me $12 . I'll drop some pics after this venture is complete.

im glad I dont have to ride right of left nut in your car seriously tho, if you were to get into an accident that would be pretty dangerous.
