Default Another problem! Slipping sound...

There is a slipping sound, like a slipping belt when the car begins to pull from a stop, or low 2nd gear. The slippage stops once the engine gets above 2k or so and then the car really picks up. I don't think its the clutch because it won't slip under hard acceleration. I also put the hand brake on and engaged the clutch for a bit, no sound... Once the engine warms up it happens less often.

Any ideas? Thanks.

Accessory belt, it sounds as if one of them is too tight. I had problems getting my tensions right the first time I replaced my belts, too tight and they squeal at start up/when its cold, too loose and they slip and squeal when the engine is warm.

I just went to check the tension on all the belts. Which one is the accessory belt?
