Ok i am pretty sure my alt. is going and i was wondering if i should get a used OEM one ($55 ~35K miles) or upgrade, i don;t plan on running any sounds system becasue i have a stripped B18C hatch, so i don;t see any reason to get an upgrade. So will the OEM work fine and is $55 bucks a good deal?

yea unless you have a need for it the OEM one should be fine, 55 sounds like a good price.
