Ok so I just put a new alternator in my car, new battery, and it ran for about a day and now the alternator isn't kicking in its completely shot again we took the positive connection off of the battery while it was on and it died and the alternator didn't kick in. Any ideas? Need some help pleasse

 

By new are you referring to a legit new part or a re-man/used-"new to you" do you hae some enormous sound system or is this this a stock car all around.

 

It's brand new and I have subs two 10s but that's it. I've seen some things that say it might be the voltage regulator but I'm just stuck idk where to go from here
