Default alignment should be done ____?

Alright guys I recently had to do some work to the teg, which required me to jackup the front. I've noticed that after lowering my car to the ground, the front wheels seem to have more / \ negative camber. Is this a problem, and would I need an alignment?

well is up to you, it just going to wear out your tires, thats why you need to buy a camber kit,.. how much of a drop? if is 1.5-2.0 is ok, other then that is too much and camber kit will help

excessive positive, or negative camber will not only wear ur tires out faster, but you lost traction. You arent using the whole contact patch of the tire...you should have it adjusted by a reputable alignment shop. Also, make sure the shop that you are taking it to, has the right program for lowred cars. The alignment machine at our shop will only give factory specs, not nessicarily the specs needed for a dumped car.

well i dropped my car previously and got it aligned. my fenders are sitting flush with the wheels, with maybe about a finger's gap. i know my specs from the alignmenr were fine, but i was just wondering if my specs would change by merely jacking the car up and down. any input would be helpful

i didn't touch the suspension at all. i was asking this question because the wheels seem to dip inwards more than before. i installed a lip to my car, that's the reason i jacked it up, so i could get under.

you should be cool dude, unless you tweek your suspension...then you need a new alignment, but jacking up your car won't take it out of alignment...

is not just jacking up his car, but he lower his car, thats mean depend how bad it is, then you need aligment, plus it only cost 40 bucks.

Holy crap can any of you guys read? He said he had his car lowered and it was aligned already. All he did was jack the car up to install a lip, and he wants to know if jacking the car up and down would throw his camber off.

I cant see how that would throw your camber off. Are you sure it is any different then before?
