I was wondering what the differences are between the V2 and the standard AEM if there really is any?

regular AEM CAI gives you a little power around 4 to 5k rpm. diameter 2.75"

AEM V2 gives you a little power from 6 to 8K rpm. diameter 4" to 2.75"

IMO there are better things you can buy with your money. like an intake manifold or some camshafts.

I like it. Noticed gains over the stock air box, but anything is better than that. I would buy the V2 over the standard AEM again. Get any CAI and you'll be happy.
