Check the fuse. If the fuse is ok then try locking up your brakes at about 30 mph and see if the ABS engages. If it works then it's your bulb, if it doesn't work then you're going to check all the wiring to see what's going on.

are you sure there is no bulb in the abs slot if not take a bulb from one of the other slots and put it in there that is what i would do before going off and chasing a potential mythical wire short as to your brake noise i would not say that is abs related. if it is just that brake i would pull both your rear tires off and look at the pads on both sides if one side is worn more then the other then odds are that the caliper is sticking keep updates comeing i am watching this post now

^^thanks! but yea for some reason i feel like my rear pass. brake stuck cus i noticed when the car first start moving it makes a squeaky sound and feel like it stucks on something from the rear pass. side. so u say thats not related to ABS? then what could it be? bad brake pads? but evrytime i hit the brake it still grab good tho. and yea i checked behind the cluster and only 1slot and 1bulb there its for the open/close door light i didnt see ABS or SRS slots. weird? ill try to take some pics later on.

there is suppose to be ABS light. To find out more about the rear wheel that you think is sticking just jack that corner of the car up and with the parking brake released spin the wheel by hand and see what you get. The wheel should spin freely.

to get to the srs bulb u have to pull out the yellow plug do you have a picture of your rpm gauge i have an ls it came with abs so my cluster is ment to have the bulb where as an rs did not come with abs therefore they would not need the bulb did you purchase the car used

def gsr cluster then why you have no abs bulb is beyond me but to get to the srs bulb you have to pull the screw out that holds the yellow plug in on the back it sounds like you have some major electrical issues ones that are beyond my ability from here anyhow if you where near by i could figure it out np but as i am sry i am not of any more help with the bulbs i apologize for not being able to help more

Ok under your hood to the left of the engine behind the passenger headlight is there a bunch of lines and a thing that says ABS on it? Then you have ABS, if you have an empty space you do NOT have ABS. If you have ABS then you should have the bulb in your cluster. If their is a screeching sound coming from one of your brakes it could be your pad is worn out, by checking both pads you can determine wether the caliper is seized or not. If one of the pads is worn out and the other is not then your caliper is bad.

first thing to check is that the caliper pins are not seized up due to corrosion or lack of lubrication, you'll have to remove the two caliper mounting bolts and check that the pins do move in and out. If they are stuck you may have to use some pliers to get them out and clean them up with a wire brush. Try to clean the holes where they go into as well, when you get them all cleaned up grease them up and put them back in and make sure the boots are in good condition. If it's not the pins then your caliper is probably seized up and you could either rebuild it yourself or just buy one that's already been rebuilt.

edit: make sure that the parking brake cable isn't tensioned as well, if the cable is stuck then it could also cause your brake caliper to not release.

you just want to be sure that the parking brake cable is not pulling on the lever on the rear caliper when the parking brake is not engaged. If the parking brake cable is pulling on the lever with the parking brake not engaged the cable may have frozen up somewhere along its path (if you live where corrosion and rust are a problem).
