Hey,
I am having some issues trying to figure out why my brake light stays on....
I pulled the ABS code and it gave me 2 1 which is parking brake...
The ABS light usually turns on as a result of that...
I am wondering WTF could be causing this...
This has been going on for a year and I knew i had to replace my brakes and rotors...
so right now it has BRAND NEW rotors and BRAKES but its still has the light and code.
HERE IS WHAT IVE DONE SO FAR:
- I replaced all 4 ROTORS
- Replaced all 4 BRAKE PAD sets.
- I adjusted the E-Brake
- I Also inspected and played around with the Rear caliper springs to see if anything was stuck but it all appears to be functioning correctly....
- I can turn the rear rotors by hand the one on the drivers side appears to be slightly harder than the one on the passender side but not by much at all.... Not enough to cause any concern...
I am wondering if theres wiring i should look at anywhere or if there is something i am missing... This is really making me mad cause i hate seeing lights on my cluster...
This is a 94 Integra
200k miles
b20b-Ls trans
stock suspension and brakes
stock everything else.
ALSO i have one more question..... The green and red wire that hooks up to the switch for the E-Brake... should that be giving a Postive or Negative charge when the button is pressed?
THanks in advance!

haahhaahha.... well when the abs light turns on it means the abs system is de activated....
I like having ABS ahhahahah
Yeah my friend suggested i remove the bulbs for the brake and abs
but i was like... THAT FIXES NOTHING!!!!
nah but i posted this on TI and i guess since its not JDM or Type R i wont get an answer hahahaha
i think i should figure out by stripping the interior and checking out the E-brake cables....
