whats a good aftermarket header that wont hang to low to the ground?

talk to idrivesideways he just got the new eldebrock header he seems to like it. i have megan. damn, i think thats about the 289'th time i've said that this week.

i dont think any of em hang to low anyways but if i were to say it'd probably be a 4-2-1 would be your best bet but since u're vtec id go 4-1 its better

Check my post on the edelbrock header install, i have pics of the ground clearance, look for yourself, it's actually slightly better than the oem manifold.

WHY does vtec matter when selecting a header? I thought a 4-2-1 increased torque at low rpm's and flattened the power curve some. While a 4-1 increased top end hp. 4-2-1 for street, 4-1 for track seems to be the rule of thumb most common in everything i've read on here

4-1 tend to hang lower than 4-2-1. How much are you looking to spend OP?
