what i want to know is what do i need to convert to OBD1. i have a 99 si with a gsr swap running on a 96 jdm ecu. i think what i got is a obd2b wire harness to a jumper to run a obd2a(96 jdm ecu). i want to run a chip p28 and i am a nooby so please help me out.

You need an obd2* to obd1 conversion harness.

 

As SoTexDC2 said, you're gonna need an obd2B-obd1 ecu conversion harness to run a chipped p28 or any obd1 ecu.
