Default OBD2 to OBD1 conversion?

Ok, I am about to do the conversion on my '99 LS. I need to know if an ecu and conv. harness is all I need. I have never really looked in to it, cause I originally planed not to do it. So, if anyone could help out on what I need. Thanks.

it all depends on what kind of swap you're doing, but most likely you will want to change to a obd1.

my future goal is LS/VTEC Turbo, may never get done due to me being in Japan.
