i have a 99 integra gs with about 140k on it. my second 02 sensor is cut and the wires were extended and tied up for now. i also have an 0bd1 phearable ecu though so it does not throw a code. i was driving and the car just died. i thought my fuel pump went and i changed it from my walbro 255 to the stock one on the side of the road and orded a new 255. still wasnt working so we tested for power at the pump and nothing. then we ran a power wire to it and the fuel pump kicked on but wouldnt start. no spark. so then we found the f/i EM (i think) 15 amp fuse had blown. and replaced it and were all good. i think it blew because it turns out my 02 sensor wires were hanging, they may have touched. ive also heard the bigger fuel pumps drw more amperage and may need a larger fuse today on my way to work, (but now with the stock ecu back in for testing purposes, and stock fuel pump and wires all tied and tape up top) i did a 3rd gear pull about 30 to 70 and then slowed down and when turning downshifted into second and as the revs went down it seemed like they just slowly went down to zero. anyhow another blown fuse. what could the problem be? oh ya and i ordered another walbro pump so should i use a bigger fuse?

bump. hasnt done it anymore yet, i wouldnt have even posted this if i didnt have the 02 sensor wires definatelt capped off the second time because i would expect them touching or grounding to blow this fuse, but its strange that it did it again.

i need help. whenever i get on it for a bit or at speeds 60 + it will keep blowing the fuse. it blew about 8 times on the parkway yesterday. luckily i keep the fuses in the car. it also happened in the left lane of a 50mph road with no shoulder at all and i had to change the fuse in traffic. I have a good sized system in my car and a yellowtop battery. i think its my alternator. also one time yesterday my radar detector said low volts. then i looked at the digital read out on my capacitor and it was at 12.7 volts while running. (normally 13.0 off and 14.4 running) does anybody have any input? this is my daily driver and school starts in a week or two and i have a lot of highway driving and cant be changing 6789676849 fuses every day. please help!

please anyone? some one said i can do amperage draw test for everything on that fuse. how do i find out whats on that fuse? please help this is my daily driver and just recently happened in a few VERY bad spots. like chaning the fuse in the left lane with no shoulder on 50 mph roads. please help

bump.. blows multiple fuses every day. seems that its soon as i let off the gas after some driving.
