Hi, I recently purchased a 1999 Acura Integra, it's boosted and has a 5-speed manual. It's my first car and I love it but I have an issue. Whenever I put the car in neutral while driving the rpms get stuck at around 3k, and will only go down if I blip the throttle every so slightly, It idles and drives perfectly otherwise. Ive cleaned and lubed the throttle cable and checked for air leaks, but the issue still persists. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I don't belive so the problem only happens while driving, could it be because of the tune?

Possible. Can you provide more specific details as to what exactly is happening and under what conditions ?

Lets say I'm driving in 5th at 3.5k rpms, when I let go of the throttle and push the clutch in, the rpms stay stuck and only go down to idle if I tap the throttle, this happens at all speeds and gears, the car also jerks when you let off the throttle but only sometimes.

This might be a TPS setting issue... which may be altered within the tune but could also be a mechanical fix at the throttle body. I am still not convinced that a sticking throttle body is ruled out... what kind of engine management do you have ? When did this issue start ? Was it immediately after the engine was tuned ?

Its the throttle body sticking. Try adjusting the stop screw just a little to prevent the blade from sticking, also try cleaning the inside of the throttle body.
