98+ front end conversion?
I've got a noob question. What exactly do you need for a 98+ front end and rear end conversion. Do you really need the hood and fenders or just the bumper and lights?

Instead of just telling you to search, which I'm sure you'll get a few hundred more times. I'll just give you the answer.
You need the bumper, headlights, and bumper lenses (turn signals). The headlights are not absolutely necessary as you can run the 94-97 headlights on a 98 bumper, but it definetely looks funky.
Other than those pieces, nothing else in necessary. The hood and fenders from the 94-97 will work on the 98 front end and line up perfectly. The same goes for the radiator support.
A conversion where you would need new fenders, hood and radiator support would be a JDM front end conversion. But in my opinion the JDM front end is completely played out. A recent car show I went to there were 8 Integra's. Of those 8 Integra's only 3 had USDM front ends.

i believe thats probably because most people buy the bumper used with the bracket still attached to the bumper. thats what i did.

Ditto. My bumper came with a bracket. Didn't know they didn't fit.

i'd disagree seeing as how only the type R's had them stock and optional for other models.

the rear bumper just bolts up but dont forget the red taillights. 98+ integras didnt have the orange turn signal.
