And since I'm honestly not sure which, I'll provide some information anyway.
HIDs do not use bulbs. A bulb has a filament. Fluorescent tubes and HID capsules do not. Both of those lamp types use plasma to produce light.
If you buy pink HID capsules, why would they blow (other than the obvious reality that only complete crap companies would even make such a thing)?
You do run the risk of pulling too much current while sparking up the capsules, even more so if you turn them all on at once, but even that won't damage the capsules, only the wires and/or ballasts and/or ignitors (if separate).
Do understand that you will be giving up the existing "flash to pass" functionality, since HID ballasts, especially cheap ones included in "HID kits", do not take too kindly to hot ignition.
