97 integra /mechanical advice
hello people I'm new to the Honda lifestyle , noob .
My radiator cap has brown mud residue ? Is that from coolant !? I am loosing water ( can't find a leak ) . I have to add water every other day .
Car is not overheating ‼️
I check motor oil seems fine ‼️
I was told it's the head gasket?
I was told is the coolant ?
Anybody got a idea what's wrong with my teggy?

Try running some uv dye through the coolent system it should hurt anything. Run it for a little while then search the motor with a uv light see if you can find a leak. Running a pressure test wouldn't be a bad idea

Ditto the above, pressure test and if it leaks UV dye will locate the leak.
If it holds pressure then replace the rad cap, that's where the leak is, it also sounds like you need a coolant flush. 94

If you are adding coolant and have no external leaks it's going into the cylinders and burning and out the tail pipe... Check for air bubbles in radiator (with cap off) as you rev. It be careful not to burn yourself. 99% is a head gasket.
