Default 96 acura integtra alternator issue?

i have a 96 acura integra with a b20b swap, recently while trying to start my car after replacing a blow fuse my black and yellow wire that go to main relay fried as well as my black and yellow wire that go down to the o2 sensor, i taped them all and i havent seen anything since then but now out of no were my speedometer started jumping around, it ran normal when i first started it back up after replacing the burnt wires. Then later i noticed my lights were diming and my windows were rolling down slower than before and when turning my hids and trying to put my high beams on my hids would turn off but i was able to turn on both while the car was off. When trying to start the car again it felt heavy and barely turned on. Then I tested my battery with the car off and i got 11.9 volts off and when turning it on it dropped to 10s. I dont know whats going on but i was thinking something with the alternator but i dont want to go spend money on random parts. Also my srs and abs lights are on my dash and havent went away ever since all this happend. If anyone has any ideas of what i should try testing or checking i would appreciate it.

You can take the alternator out to get it tested. Are your wires connected properly with no loose connections? Sounds like its an alternator issue to me.

Basics first, redo your main grounds, most common electrical problem on cars is grounding issues.

Testing fuses with a meter is not a good way and not accurate.

Best way to test fuses is with a 12V test light, [not the LED type] and test them while they are still in the fuse box. 94

What FCM said
Also you can try and do a voltage drop on the Power and Ground cables that go from your alternator to your battery. Also maybe you could have a parastitic drain?Charging system problems are filled with endless possibilities.. Just do the basic test.. Test battery you did the alternator which is good. If your battery is good(autozone can test it for you) do the voltage drop test and parastitic drain tests and see what happens
Good luck
