94 gsr swap in Em1
Te gsr motor won't start it cranks over I have spark I am pretty sure it is in time! I took the injectors out and cleaned them with sea foam because the motor had sat for 7 years. I put them back it and it started for a second, then I took the fuel rail off and made sure that the injectors were working and the car started without the injectors in. I put them back in and the car started and I was able to get the rpms to 2500 before it bogged out. I am not really sure what would cause this to happen.

I have the P72 ECU. The motor would run until it used up whatever fuel was left after I took out the injectors. It is flooding itself. Is there a way to control how much fuel it is getting?

You're using a P72....
Integra fuel pump power wires are in a different location compared to the civic. But...you're likely using a jumper harness, right?
Or...are you trying to use a OBD2B P72? They have immobilzers.
You're not flooding it. You're getting no fuel unless you feed it. Try spraying starting fluid in the intake manifold. Not too much. Just a spray. It will run till it runs out of starter fluid. That would prove you're not getting fuel.
