hi

i got a 93 integra and everytime i shift from first to send i hear this grinding noise and i can feel it too. it happens only when rpm is above 2.5k, when rpm is less than that its a smooth shift, clutch is all the way too when shifting, be cool if anyone know what the problem is or how i could solve this

Your synchro in second is probably cracked. I have the same problem with 2nd and 3rd.

Easy solution is to double clutch those gears. The way it works is when you're ready to shift, press clutch in and put it in neutral, release and push it in again and put it into 2nd, it won't grind!

If you have the resources get the tranny rebuilt since it's less risky then getting a used tranny.
