I see a lot of videos and pics that show the bumper lights, that are alternatively extra turn signals, turned on when the engine is on. For example, the bumper lights that are supposed to be on, regardless of the headlights, are only on when I am signaling. Changing out the bulbs hasn't helped any so I'm wondering if there's something wrong with my circuitry?

bumper lights are only on when signaling for a turn .. your parking lights are the ones that are always on

check out g2ic.com. do a search for bumper lights or something like that, and there is a thread on there about wiring your bumper lights to stay on all the time.
