Default 92 Integra Brake Problems Help Please....

Okay i'm at a loss never had something so stupid happen. I started having brake problems the last few weeks I replaced the master cylinder everything was okay for a while then I had a caliper lock up one night so I went ahead and bought a rotor , caliper and pads from Napa. Bled the system correctly and it was fine for a few weeks until I got to school which is an hour away and im limited to tools here. But if the car sits over night the brakes will work perfectly fine on my way to class but after using them on the way there when I go to leave class both the front brakes are wanting to lock up. Its like after they get hot and warm up they want to start sticking really bad. I took it to goodyear to check it out and they werent locked up then so of course they couldn't find anything wrong with it. Would anyone have an idea of what this could be im leaning more to the soft lines in the front are getting hot then creating a pinch or something .....
Some info on the car....
92 integra was an ABS car was replaced with a 40/40 prop valve about a year ago and never had issues with it. The car has a new master cylinder new pads all the way around and a new rotor and caliper on the front ....

what brake problems were you originally having?
it's either going to be the soft lines (kind of odd that both would go at the same time, but i suppose possible), or the prop valve. i'd lean towards the prop valve

The master cylinder was just getting weak never had really good pressure. Yeah I might get a new prop valve and try that. Its just weird cause the brakes work perfectly fine till you drive on them for a few minutes and after using them for a little bit they get hot and start sticking.

You need to adjust the push rod on the master cylinder if you replace it. This is often overlooked and typically results in "locked" calipers.

If you changed the master cylinder with a different type, it could lead to lock up.
The master cylinder must match the booster or the push-rod will be the wrong length.
The soft lines can also give problems if old, but BOTH fronts locking equally tends to look like the master cylinder.

Ditto.

I have a Web page on that, which makes it easy to adjust the master cylinder pushrod:

I replaced the master cylinder with a non abs master cylinder the bolt holes are the same all I had to was change one of the fittings fine. If it was the adjustment wouldn't it had been messed up the entire time instead of going 2 weeks being perfectly normal. And would it only cause the brakes to mess up after being used..... And im 100% sure there locking up cause it wont come out of second and when I finally get home they are smoking badly.

Just check the freeplay. It costs you no more than a few seconds to check it.

With your fingertips, push on the brake pedal VERY VERY gently, with a machinist's touch. The first few millimeters ought to be really loose and easy, but right after that it should get suddenly harder to push. Remember, we're talking about a pedal movement of about 1/4" at most, and a ounce of effort at most. If you never feel that sudden step-up in effort, then you very likely have no clearance, which CAN cause the exact symptom you describe.

Go read my pages, all of them. There's lots of real-world information there.
