Default 90 DA with idle problem

ok i started to get a code 8. Thats for the dizzy right. then my main relay stoped working. so i repalced the relay and adjusted the valves cause they were real loud. i set the intake to .005 and the exhaust to .008, i dont know if this is the right setting for a 95 ls head. but now when i start the car up the idel doesn't bounce anymore, instead it goes straight to 3k rpm and stays. anybody know what is wrong?

Well did you fix the code 8 problem? You really need to address that before anything since that is your TDC sensor. It can actually that your timing is way off causing the idle to raise like that. Check your timing marks to see if everything lines up. If they do, your distributor might be going.

its not the "dizzy" most likely its the FITV, this is common for the 90-93 integra now since the car is like 15 years old. all you have to do is screw in the white thing and clean the iacv out with some simple green or something and the idle should return back to normal, at least mine did and my friends integra have
