The fronts should fit. On the rears though, the type r spindles are longer.

well....knuckles are usually referring to the front. You should be able to press em into your existing ones after you've removed the previous ones.

As for the rear, yes the spindles are longer. But as for installing them, you have 2 choices, swapping the entire rear trailing arm assembly ( assuming you have it with your 5 lug conversion) , or....removing the hub itself and swapping em out.

Thats What I was thinking..

Buying new type r hub and bearings for the front two.

On the rear- Is it possible to do this like you said by replaceing the hub assembly?

For the rears yes. But its a bitch you'd have to first jack up the car in the rear. If you take a look at the rear trailing arms from underneath, you will see that large spindle nut, and four torx or star bolts ( whatever you wanna call em ). Removing those 5 things will in effect have the hub come off. The only problem is ( remember I said this was a bitch? ) that 99% of the time that I've encountered.....3 of the 4 star/ torx bolts come off with ease...but there's always gotta be that one stubborn sonuvabitch that don't wanna come off no matter how much PB Blaster you use I've had to use the acetyline torch a few times in and around the hub assembly to try to loosen it while I used a chissel and hammer ( if you're doing this, be prepared to have extra star/ torx bolts to replace the one you messed up ). The easiest/ easier way to do this is if the rear trailing arm from the 5 lug conversion comes with everything....then all you gotta do is swap out the trailing arms
