5 BOLT CONVERSION FOR LS
WHAT PARTS ARE REQUIRED FOR A 5-114 CONVERSION ON A LS?
I KNOW IT NEEDS NEW CALIPERS & BRACKETS, PADS & ROTORS,
HUB ASSEMBLIES FRONT & BACK. IS THERE ANY ELSE, I NEED TO KNOW?
lIKE DOES THE CV SHAFT SPLINE OF THE LS, FIT THE TYPE-R HUB OR
WHEEL BEARING?
I NEED CONFIRMATION BEFORE I START THE CONVERSION.

Please explain the difference in reasoning between a 5 LUG conversion and altezzas etc. The reason for you doing the conversion is just so you can be a stunna. The reason why your not wanting to talk about altezza's and neons is that you probably already have them.

You're making this much more complicated than it really is. The spline issue only regards JDM ITR's and only requires different axles. The stock LS axles will work fine with USDM hubs. I still think your best bet will be to purchase a complete conversion as a kit. It will end up being much cheaper, and you won't have to shop for all the parts.
