5 Bolt Conversion
I have a 1999 GS Integra and I am thinking of doing a 5 bolt conversion. I can get my hands on a used 5 bolt set-up from a wrecked Type R. Can anyone explain what's the difference between the Type R and GS front brake, knuckle, and rear trailing assembly.
I have compared the OEM part #'s for both Type R and GS and the only thing I found different was the Hub-assembly. I know that caliper and rotor sizes are different. I'm just thinking if I can upgrade to ITR rotors and calipers and then remove my 4-bolt hubs and replace them with the 5 bolt hubs from a Type R? Would that work? What do you guys think?

I would but I already have spoon calipers for the 5 bolt set-up and rotors as well. So 5 bolt hubs would not fit the 4 bolt knuckles and trailing arms? I know I can custom make a bracket for the spoon calipers and make them fit on a 4 bolt setup but there's better wheel choice with 5 bolt
